Indigenous prisoners “Los Solidarios de la Voz del Amate”, adherents of the Sixth Declaration of the Lacandon Jungle of the EZLN, being held in Cereso Number 5, San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas.
We demand the prompt return of our compañero Alejando Díaz Santis who was transferred on November 14th for defending his right and defending the rights of his incarcerated compañeros. We thus make this public denunciation against Candelaria Jimenez Jimenez, the director of this prison. We know very well that she made this transfer happen. For this, we want a change in the director of the prison. The crime for which our compañero has been charged is not a federal crime. We thus want them to take this into account. At the same time, we demand the governor-elect to return to us our freedom for which they have robbed from us for many years.
On the other hand, we invite the independent organizations to continue demanding true justice and freedom to all political and conscious prisoners of the entire world.
Together we will win true justice.
