Within Law and Order

Proletarian: if someone, whoever he may be, tells you that emancipation can be reached from within law and order, spit into their face knowing that you have punished a liar.

Law and order can lead you to slavery, but never to liberty. It is practicing illegality; it is subverting what the law calls order, that you will reach emancipation.

And it cannot be any other way. The law obligates us to respect the political and social institutions that we believe are bad, because they produce poverty, crime and slavery. If we want, then, to change those political and social institutions that enslave us, change them for others that guarantee our liberty and our happiness, it is necessary that we disobey the laws commands to respect the existing institutions, and that disobedience causes disorder.

Thus, any sincere, honorable and brave revolutionary should be an illegal. And the revolutionary that proclaims respect for law and order is a farce.

He who is a legalist, can become confused with the mass of sheep that suffer with patience all of the humiliations of the current system, or he who is an illegal, disrespectful, disobedient, revolutionary.

We, the revolutionaries, are against capital, government, and the church, which make up the political and social institutions that the law protects: Can we demolish those institutions without coming up against the law? Surely no, because the law clearly orders that we respect these institutions, and whatever offense we commit against these institutions is a crime.

Thus, if we don’t commit that crime, we are legalists, but not revolutionaries although the voice in our throats screams that we are the latter. If we respect law and order, we will be very good sheep, but very poor revolutionaries.

Spit into the face of the so-called revolutionaries that respect law and order.
